For our Office & Retail business in Poland we are looking for a result-driven Leasing Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities.

Job duties and responsibilities
- Organizing Client site visits, introductions
- Presenting properties
- Creating Offers/RFIs/RFPs/HoTs
- Managing marketing materials
- Co-ordinating agencies
- Following up activities in Sales Force
- Preparing Leases
- Managing Lease negotiations
- Involving legal and technical departments in processing Leases and inquiries
- Reporting to the Leasing Director and Sr Asset Manager
- Participating in Sales Events
- Represent the company in RE venues, fairs
- Close cooperation with Asset Management Team
Job requirements and qualifications
- Master or College degree in Economics or Real estate
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong English and Polish language skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiarity in the MS Office environment
- Major RE agency history is an advantage
